Founded jointly by Jinxing Group (China) and Sanum-Kehlbeck GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) in January 1994, Chengdu Jinxing Sanum-Kehlbeck Medicine Co., Ltd. is the first Sino-Germany joint venture for pharmaceutical production in Sichuan Province of China. The concern is mainly engaged in production, development and marketing of bio-medicines. The registered capital is 7,25 millions RMB, among which 75% is held by Chinese investor and 25% by German side. The president and legal representative is Mr. Yang Jinting.

The company lies in Chengdu Chadianzi Langjia Industrial Development Area, occupying an area of 26,660 sqm. There are 103 employees, 76% of whom were graduated from colleges or universities. The company imported several sets of advanced pharmaceutical equipments and monitoring appliances from Germany, with a capacity of 20 millions ampoules per year. In 2006, the Company obtained GMP Certificate issued by FDA of China.

Utilin'S is the main product which is introduced from Germany exclusively by the company. It is a kind of powerful multifunctional immunostimulator and fills Chinese and Asian market gaps.

With then years of endeavour, the company has developed promptly. In 2002, the assets of the company achieved 90 millions RMB evaluated by Beijing ZhongQiHua Assets Evaluation Company and, now is more than 100 millions RMB. From 1997 up to now, the output value, profit and tax of the company have been increasing rapidly, in which the profit and tax per year reaches over 10 millions RMB. In recent years, the company was awarded the titles "Excellent Foreign-funded Enterprise" and "major Tax-payer" respectively, and was assessed as High-tech Enterprise by Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, which enjoys extensive support from local government.
