Mr. Yang Jinting, legal representative and president of Jinxing Group is the member of China National Democratic Construction Association, the committee member of Chinese Overseas Federation in China and Sichuan Provincial Political Consultant Council, the member of the standing committee of Sichuan Provincial Overseas Chinese Union, the member of the standing committee of Executive Council of Sichuan Provincial Industrial & Commercial Union. Since his enterprise was setup in 1981, Mr. Yang Jinting insisted on a development approach by science and technology. Among the new products which were designed, researched and manufactured by him, four of them gained Patent Certificates of China.

In order to promote the development of Chengdu's telecommunication industry, in 1992 Mr. Yang Jinting cooperated with Chengdu Municial Communication Bureau and participated in Chengdu's telecommunication expanding engineering; in 1995, he coordinated with Sichuan Provincial Government and Sichuan Provincial Economy and Trade Committee, participating positively in the preparations to Sichuan Telecommunication Union. Not only did he offer plenty of funds, but also transfer his communication hub building to China Telecommunication Union Sichuan Branch, laying a good foundation to its setting up, stability and development. He made great contributions to the rapid development of Chengdu's telecommunication industry.

Relying on his exceptional courage and insight, Mr. Yang Jinting imported foreign capital and new technology from abroad. He set up (Sino-Germany Joint Venture) Chengdu Jinxing Sanum-Kehlbeck Medicine Co., Ltd., (Sino-Canada Joint Venture) Chengdu Gold Jade Hotel Co., Ltd. and other companies one after another. With twenty years of effort, Jinxing Group has made great social and economic benefits.
